India recorded 2.51 lakh (2,51,209) coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours and 627 fatalities, marking a 12% decline in daily cases. There are 21.05 lakh ( 21,05,611) active cases at present, representing 5.18% of the total cases. The recovery rate is 93.60% and 3,47,443 people recovered in the past 24 hours ending 9 AM today.
The daily positivity rate has declined from 19.59% to 15.8%, whereas the weekly positivity rate stands at 17.47%.

There have been 164.44 crore vaccines administered so far in the country, with 57.35 lakh (57,35,692) doses administered in the day ending at 9 AM today, and over 10 lakh vaccines since then, until the time of writing.
