More than 50,000 new cases of coronavirus have surfaced in India for the second consecutive day. At the same time, 702 infected patients have died in the last 24 hours.
Now, the total number of cases in the country has crossed 77 lakhs while the death toll has reached 116,616.
However, there is a steady decline in the recovery rate. At present, the total number of active patients in the country is 715,812. 24,278 active patients have decreased in the last 24 hours.
With 55,838 new #COVID19 infections, India's total cases surge to 77,06,946. With 702 new deaths, toll mounts to 1,16,616.
