Renowned fashion designer Satya Paul has died at the age of 79 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The news regarding his death was given by Isha Yoga Centre.
Jaggi Vasudev, better known as Sadhguru after his death, wrote on Twitter tweeting that 'Satya Paul, a shining example of what it means to live with immeasurable passion and unrelenting involvement. The distinct vision you brought to the Indian #fashion industry is a beautiful tribute to this. A privilege to have had you amongst us. Condolences & Blessings.'
Paul is known for bringing the fashion of sarees back to India. He started the Indian brand 'Satya Paul' in the year 1985.
