Goa Election: BJP Announces 34 Candidates, CM To Contest From Sanquelim

Voting for five states will take place in single stages. On March 10th, the votes will be counted.

As the election dates in Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Manipur approach, political parties in these states are gearing up.

On February 14, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Goa unveiled their single-phase election candidate list. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant will represent Sanquelim, while Deputy Chief Minister Manohar Ajgaonkar will represent Margaon.

 

The polling for all five states will be held in single phases, according to the Election Commission's schedule, with the first round beginning on February 10.

 

On March 7, the final phase of voting will take place, followed by the counting on March 10.
