Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Friday said that they need to tighten the borders and take measures to put in place compulsory testing to stop the spread of virus. Karnataka has been witnessing a rise in daily cases recently.
He said that he spoke to the district collectors of Dakshin Kannada, Chamarajanagar, Mysuru and Kodagu with regard to rising cases in Karnataka.
He said, “We have to tighten our borders. We have to make compulsory testing and vaccination.”
