Amid the fourth round of talks with farmers over the contentious three farm legislation at Delhi’s Vigyan Bhawan on Thursday, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that there will be no changes made to the Minimum Support Price.

Earlier during the lunch break, farmer leaders refused to eat the food offered by the government, instead had the food brought in by a van. A farmer leader says, "We are not accepting food or tea offered by the government. We have brought our own food".

The farmers are adamant that the government must call a special session of the Parliament and the new farm laws are abolished, else their movement will become huge and effigies of the Modi Government and corporates will burn.
