The Congress party on Wednesday demanded an appeal from the Center on the decision of the special CBI court in the Babri Masjid demolition case. Congress issued a statement saying, 'Every Indian, who has an innate belief in the Constitution, expects the central and state governments to appeal against the decision of the special court in the Babri demolition case.'
The Congress also said that the special court's decision to acquit all the accused in the Babri Masjid demolition case is against the Supreme Court's decision and constitutional spirit.
