Cold Wave Returns To North India
It has turned colder again in entire north India, including the capital Delhi. Rainfall was recorded in several areas of Delhi on Wednesday morning, after which the temperature could plummet again.

The impact of snowfall taking place in Kashmir, Himachal and Uttarakhand is being felt in Delhi and neighbouring areas. With the change in weather, the capital is once more covered in a blanket of mist and there is cloud cover as well.

Meanwhile, because of snowfall over the past few days, the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway has been closed, due to which traffic is being obstructed.

Snowfall in Shimla and nearby tourist spots on Monday has turned the area beautiful, and tourists in large numbers are turning up to see it.

However, more than 300 travellers are still stuck in Himachal Pradesh’s Solang due to snowfall.

Meanwhile, the heavy snowfall has created many problems for the common people, due to which their normal life has been badly disrupted. People are thinking twice before stepping out of their homes, which is causing them trouble.

While there is no electricity in several places, in other areas, there is no drinking water for people. Due to the snowfall, there is severe cold in many areas, which has shattered last year’s record.

According to the Met Office, it will turn very cold again in the coming days. It will continue to be chilly and the temperature will plummet sharply once more.
