COVID-19: Biggest Single-Day Spike Of Over 17,000 Cases, Death Toll Crosses 15,000

With the increase in COVID-19 testing, the cases are also being detected rapidly. ICMR figures show that on June 25, 215,446 samples were tested across the country, while the total tests conducted so far has increased to 7,776,228. The infection continues to spread in other countries of the world. According to the latest data from Johns Hopkins University, the number of infections worldwide will reach 10 million, while the death toll is close to 500,000.
