Trump Praises PM Modi During Meet In New York

US President Donald Trump praised PM Modi during a meet in New York. Trump compared him to famous American singer Elvis Presley and called him the "Father of India".

Following the ‘Howdy Modi’ event in Houston, bilateral talks were held between PM Narendra Modi and U.S. President Donald Trump at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on Tuesday. In the meeting between the two leaders, that lasted around 40 minutes, the issue of terrorism occupied centre stage. During the talks, Trump said that PM Modi and PM Imran Khan know each other well and their efforts will produce some good results.

On being asked about terrorism emanating from Pakistan, Trump told journalists that Prime Minister Modi will deal with it. 

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump said PM Modi is as popular as American rockstar Elvis Presley and called him ‘Father of India’.
