March Snowfall In Himachal
With the onset of March, the summer season also usually begins in the plains of India and the weather becomes noticeably warmer. However, winter has not said its final goodbye to the hilly regions of the country yet.

Cold conditions, along with snowfall, have returned once more to Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu-Manali and Shimla and are causing problems for people.

From Thursday, snowfall has begun once more in low-lying areas and in the higher reaches of the state. While Manali is covered in a blanket of snow, the weather has turned pleasant in Shimla’s Narkanda due to light snowfall.

In Manali, the temperature had increased in the month of February, which had remained dry, but the mercury is falling again due to the sudden change in weather. According to the Met Office, the weather will remain clear on March 8 and 9 but rain and snowfall is expected again from March 10.

Due to the snowfall taking place in hilly areas, intermittent rainfall has begun in nearby areas, which has provided some respite to people.

Meanwhile, it has begun raining again in Delhi-NCR as well. With rains alternating between light and heavy, Delhi residents have experienced some relief and the temperature has also fallen.

According to the Met Office, the weather in Delhi-NCR has changed due to snowfall in neighbouring states and the weather will keep playing hide-and-seek in the coming days as well.
