गोवा के बाद मणिपुर भी कोरोना से आज़ाद, केरल में ज़िंदगी पटरी पर आई
कोरोनावायरस कमोबेश देश के सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को अपनी चपेट में ले चुका है लेकिन कुछ राज्यों में इक्का-दुक्का मामले ही सामने आए हैं. मणिपुर की तरह गोवा भी कोरोना मुक्त हो चुका है. राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री गौरव सावंत ने बताया कि गोवा में कोरोना के सभी सातों मरीज़ों की रिपोर्ट नेगेटिव आई है.I am glad to share that Manipur is now Corona free. देश में कोरोना का पहला मामला केरल में आया था जहां कुल संक्रमित मरीज़ों की संख्या 400 पहुंच चुकी है. इसके बावजूद केरल सरकार ने कोरोना की महामारी को हरा दिया है. यहां 257 मरीज़ों को इलाज के बाद घर भेजा जा चुका है जबकि सिर्फ तीन लोगों की मौत हुई है. पिनरई विजयन सरकार ने इसका श्रेय राज्य के स्वास्थ्य ढांचे और प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के मज़बूत नेटवर्क को दिया है. 20 अप्रैल से मिलने वाली रियायतों के तहत केरल सरकार ने छोटे कारख़ाने, रेस्तरां, नाई की दुकानें, किताबों की दुकाने खोलने का आदेश दिया है. शहरों और क़स्बों में छोटी दूरी के लिए बसें भी चलने लगी हैं.
हालांकि गृह मंत्रालय ने इतनी ज़्यादा ढील को लॉकडाउन की गाइडलाइंस का उल्लंघन मानते हुए नाख़ुशी ज़ाहिर की है. मगर केरल सरकार के मंत्री कडकंपली सुरेंद्रन ने कहा है कि सारी छूट केंद्र सरकार के नियमों को ध्यान में रखकर दी गई है. कुछ ग़लतफहमी के चलते केंद्र सरकार ने जवाब तलब किया है जिसे जवाब देकर जल्द सुलझा लिया जाएगा.Government of India to Kerala Govt- This amounts to dilution of guidelines issued by MHA and violation of MHA order dated 15th April issued under the Disaster Management Act 2005: Sources https://t.co/ZNMYCAIagG
