Another PMC Bank Account Holder Dead
One more account holder has now died in the Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative (PMC) Bank scam, running into several crores. There were around Rs 26 lakh in the bank account of Andrew Lobo, aged 74. 

This is the eighth death in the PMC Bank scam case. 


The PMC Bank scam case is now proving to be more fatal. Bank account holders are continuously dying after the scam came to light. One more account holder has now died. Seventy-four-year-old Andrew Lobo had an account in the PMC Bank’s Mulund branch. There were more than Rs 26 lakh in his bank account and he was getting by from the interest accrued on this amount.

Around two months ago, he came down with a lung infection and needed money for treatment and medicines. However, since his money was stuck in PMC Bank, he could not get treatment on time and died.
