Anti-CAA Protests: Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar
Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad has been sent to 14-day judicial custody after he was arrested on Saturday. He is being taken to Tihar jail from Tis Hazari Court.

Earlier in the day, after his arrest, he had moved Delhi's Tis Hazari Court for bail.

On Friday, the Delhi Police had detained him and other protesters after a huge gathering led by him reached Delhi’s Jama Masjid to protest against the amended Citizenship Act.

He was earlier denied permission for a protest march from Jama Masjid to Jantar Mantar.
