Bengaluru's Zero-Waste Juice Bar Gaining Popularity Among Netizens
Have you ever seen people drinking fruit juices served inside fruits? A zero-waste fruit juice bar in Bengaluru has pioneered the concept of serving fruit juice inside fruits and then eating the fruit used in making the juice.
The unique juice shop named Eat Raja in Bengaluru’s Malleshwaram is making a lot of headlines among people and on social media. It is the city’s first zero-waste juice bar, which is all over social media these days because of the distinctive way it serves juice.
You can enjoy fresh and unique chilli, guava, pineapple, sun melon, pink dragon, watermelon and cucumber juices and papaya milkshake, along with other juices and milkshakes here. No sugar is used in juices here. Shop owner Anand Raaj says that the juice shop belonged to his father. After his father’s death, his mother took over the reins of the shop but instead of making profits, they began incurring losses. That is when Raaj found it better to give up his career as an RJ and join forces with his mother. He introduced the zero-waste policy in a bid to give the juice bar a special organic spin. People coming to this juice bar say that the joy of drinking fresh juices and shakes here is unmatched, and the most special distinctive part is the way juices are served - inside fruits. Evidently, people are presently lapping up this new approach to drinking fruit juices.
