Despite the Government imposed price cap, masks and sanitisers are either out of stock in the market or being sold at prices above the MRPs. Pharmacies in Nagpur for example, are saying that distributors are asking for a surcharge on masks and they are not being able to sell them at the right price of Rs 10.
