Delhi Worst-Hit By COVID-19 After Maharashtra
Over the last 24 hours, 445 Coronavirus deaths were reported while 14,821 cases were reported in the same period.
According to the Health Ministry’s latest bulletin, the total number of infections in the country has increased to 425,282 while the death toll has increased to 13,699.
Meanwhile, the national capital Delhi has overtaken Tamil Nadu and has become the second-worst affected state by COVID-19 after Maharashtra. Total coronavirus cases in Delhi stand at 59,746 while 2,175 deaths have occurred. Tamil Nadu has reached the third spot with a total of 59,377 cases and 757 deaths. Similarly, Gujarat has become the fourth worst-affected state with more than 27,000 cases and Uttar Pradesh with over 17,000 cases.
