Kanpur Ambush: Two Held For Harbouring Vikas Dubey Aides In Gwalior

The encounter of gangster Vikas Dubey is marred with controversies but the UP Police continue to conducts arrests and raids.

Now the UP police have arrested a person named Om Prakash Pandey and Anil Pandey in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior for harbouring Vikas Dubey aides. Shashikant Pandey and Shivam Dubey, in their house.

The UP police have so far conducted an encounter of 6 people, including Vikas Dubey, in Kanpur case and three accused have been arrested. Raids are also on to nab other accused.

Meanwhile, questions are being raised on Vikas Dubey's encounter. All opposition parties are now demanding a probe under the supervision of the Supreme Court.

Priyanka Gandhi, the Congress general secretary and in-charge of UP Congress, has said that who are the people involved in raising such a criminal - this truth should come out and the sitting judge of the Supreme Court should conduct a judicial inquiry.

BSP supremo Mayawati has said that while bringing Vikas Dubey from Madhya Pradesh to Kanpur, there should be a fair investigation under the supervision of the Supreme Court into the case of overturning of the police car and killing him on his escape.
