We can consider lifting restrictions on both domestic & international flights thereafter.

"All domestic and international scheduled airlines operation shall remain suspended till 11.59 pm of 3rd May 2020," the ministry tweeted.
Only cargo and emergency flights are permitted to operate during the lockdown. This comes after the Indian Railways also extended the halt on train services till May 3. In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, the government had suspended all flight operations from March 24 midnight.
