रमज़ान के पाक महीने के आख़िरी शुक्रवार को अलविदा की नमाज़ होती है. इसके बाद बाज़ारों में हलचल बढ़ जाती है लेकिन इस बार मस्जिदों में ना तो अलविदा की नमाज़ हुई और ना ही ईद की नमाज़ होगी. श्रीनगर में सभी मस्जिदें अलविदा के मौक़े पर बंद रहीं. ज़्यादातर लोगों ने अपने घरों में अलविदा की नमाज़ अदा की.
