Muslim Bodies To Take Out Anti-CAA March In Chennai
Protests against CAA, NRC and NPR on the lines of Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh continue in Chennai’s Washermanpet for the sixth day today. Ongoing protests against CAA, NRC and NPR at Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh enters 67th day on Wednesday. Protesters say that they will not budge from the spot till the CAA is abrogated. Meanwhile, the three interlocutors appointed by the Supreme Court could meet protesters at Shaheen Bagh on Wednesday. The Supreme Court had appointed a mediation panel comprising senior advocate Sanjay Hegde, former CIC Wajahat Habibullah and advocate Sadhna Ramachandran for dialogue with Shaheen Bagh protesters on Monday.
