State-Wise Tracker Of Coronavirus Cases And Deaths

The number of coronavirus cases has crossed 33,000 and the death toll stands at over 1,100.

According to Health Ministry data at 8 a.m. on April 30, the total number of coronavirus patients in the country has reached 33,050 and there are 23,651 active cases now. 

While 1,074 people have lost their lives so far, 8,324 people have recovered as well.

The highest number of deaths in the country (432) has taken place in Maharashtra, where 9,915 cases have come to light and 1,593 people have recovered too.

In Gujarat, 197 people have lost their lives due to the coronavirus so far. While 527 people have been discharged here, the total number of patients is 4,082.

In Madhya Pradesh, there have been 129 deaths. The total number of patients here is 2,561 and 461 patients have been discharged. 

In Delhi, there have been 56 deaths. A total of 3,439 cases have been reported here and 1,092 patients have recovered.

In Rajasthan, 51 people have lost their lives so far. While 768 people have recovered here, 2,438 people have contracted the coronavirus.

There have been 39 deaths in Uttar Pradesh. Over here, 2,134 cases have been reported and 510 patients have recovered.

In Andhra Pradesh, there have been 31 deaths. The total number of patients here is 1,332 and 287 patients have been discharged.

In Tamil Nadu, 27 people have died. While 1,210 people have been recovered, 2,162 people are infected.

In Telangana, 26 people have lost their lives so far. While 1,012 people have contracted the virus, 367 people have been recovered.

In West Bengal, 22 people have lost their lives so far. While 124 people have recovered here, a total of 758 people are infected.

In Karnataka, 20 people have died, with 535 active cases and 207 recoveries.

There have been 19 deaths in Punjab. While 90 people have been recovered here, the total number of patients is 357.

In Jammu and Kashmir, eight people have lost their lives so far. While 192 people have recovered as well, 581 people have contracted the coronavirus here.

There have been four deaths in Kerala. While 369 people have recovered here, the total number of patients is 495.

There have been three deaths each in Haryana and Jharkhand. In Haryana 310 and in Jharkhand 107 people have contracted the coronavirus. In Haryana 209 and in Jharkhand 19 patients have recovered as well. 

In Bihar, two people have died so far. Over here, a total of 392 cases have been reported and 65 patients have been discharged.

Apart from this, there has been one death each in Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya.

The coronavirus has hit 33 states across the country so far and the number of patients is increasing rapidly.
