Three Districts In Bihar Sealed After Spike In COV
The challenges faced by the Bihar government have multiplied with a sudden increase in coronavirus cases in the state.

With 21 new patients being found in just 24 hours, Siwan, Begusarai and Nawada districts have been sealed. Apart from this, restrictions have been made stricter in several other districts.

State DGP Gupteshwar Pandey said that after new cases were found, Siwan, Begusarai and Nawada have been completely shut. There are curfew-like conditions in these districts and people are not being allowed to go from one house to the next.

The highest number of coronavirus cases in Bihar has been reported from the Siwan district, where 31 positive cases have come to light so far.

Among them, 18 people are from just one family. A member of this family had recently returned from Oman, after which the infection spread in the entire family.

Similarly, the border of Begusarai district has been sealed after two patients were found there. Nawada city and a three-kilometre area around it has also been sealed.
