UP Girl On Oxygen Support Writes Board Exams
They say if you want to achieve something in life, then no problem is big enough and you can overcome all difficulties through your will power.

Something similar is being achieved by Safiya Javed, who is appearing for her Board examinations with an oxygen cylinder. Safiya Javed studies in Class X at Bareli’s Government Girls’ Inter-College.

For the last five years, Javed has been dealing with lung distress and tuberculosis. She finds it very difficult to breathe due to her weak lungs, so doctors have advised her to remain on oxygen 24 hours a day.

Javed had almost given up when her exams approached. Although she filled up the form for appearing privately, she was apprehensive about her ability to appear for the Board exam.

But by appearing for the exam, she has now proved that nothing is difficult if you make a resolution to do it.

Looking at Javed’s conviction to appear for the Board exams, the Inter-College administration allowed her to take along the oxygen cylinder and she then took the three-hour-long exam in the exam hall.

Javed says that she may be ill but she is not weak. She wants to fulfill her parents’ dreams and is ready to work as hard for it as needed. This self-confidence of Javed’s is a lesson to those people who, despite all resources, do not want to progress in life.
