England need 203 runs to win the 3rd test

Leeds, Aug.25 - England were 156/3 at stumps on the third day of the Headingley Test, still, needing 203 runs to win the match.

Chasing a daunting 359 to keep their Ashes hopes alive, England were reduced to 15/2 but Root (75*) and Joe Denly knuckled down to put on a partnership of 126 from 53 overs. 


Earlier, England managed to bowl Australia out for 246.
