The Coronavirus pandemic has shaken the world's powerful economies, but Bangladesh has recorded an impressive growth of 5.24% in the financial year 2019-20. According to Bangladesh's leading newspaper Dhaka Tribune, Bangladesh’s exports rose by 0.6% to $3.91 billion in July, after suffering an 83% decline in April. With an increase of 36% from May to June, imports are also signs of improvement. Apart from this, there has been a surge in remittances and Foreign Exchange reserves hit an all-time high of $37.1 billion in July.
