Abandoned By Contractors, 40 Migrants Stranded At Delhi's Mandi House
Around 40 daily wage workers from Bihar, Jharkhand, and Bengal who worked at Delhi's New Vanijya Bhawan near Akbar Road were laid off and told to go home by their contractors. When they started walking on foot towards their native places, they were stopped by the Police and now find themselves in the lurch. Ajay Jha reports
