Congress has launched another attack on the Modi government over the CAG audit in which the national auditor has pulled up Dassault Aviation and MBDA for not fulfilling the technology transfer to DRDO. The CAG has said in a report that the French manufacturers are yet to fulfill their promise of offering cutting-edge technology to India under the Rafale aircraft deal.
