The Congress is conducting a press conference at AICC HQ in which leaders Rajdeep Surjewala and Dinesh Gundu Rao were present The agenda of the conference was corruption on part of present Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant. Surjewala held up a newspaper clipping in front of the press wherein it was claimed that the Governor of Goa said that "Goa CM is corrupt" and ths resulted in his removal instead of the CM's and the government's.  This raises a direct question on prime Minister Modi, said Surjewala. 

He said that just like Goa, the ther states with 'double engine' governments (BJP in State and Centre) have become vehicles of 'double corruption'
