Congress Walks Out Of Lok Sabha After Not Being Allowed To Speak On India-China Border Issue

Congress which had been pressing for discussion on the ongoing standoff with China, walked out of the Lok Sabha today and held a protest in front of Mahatma Gandhi statue after not being allowed to speak on the Sino-India border issue. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury asked what the Centre is hiding that it is not allowing the Opposition MPs to speak on the border issue and question the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s statement. The government had earlier refused to discuss the border issue citing sensitivity. Ajay Jha reports
