COVID-19 Dampens Eid Fervour, Business Down By 90%
The coronavirus scare and the prolonged lockdown has dampened this year's Eid fervour. With a limited number of people venturing out, business is down by almost 90%. This year, neither the goodbye prayers (Alvida namaz) will be offered in mosques nor will the Eid namaz take place due to COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing norms
