A highest single day spike of 18,552 new COVID-19 cases were reported across the country in the last 24 hours, with a death toll of 384, according to the Health Ministry’s latest bulletin. This brings the total number of cases to 508,958 and the death toll to over 15,600. ICMR figures show that 220,479 samples were tested across the country on on June 26, while the total tests conducted so far has increased to 7,996,707.
