Delhi BJP chief and artist Manoj Tiwari reached Haryana's Sonipat despite the Delhi-Haryana border being sealed and flouted lockdown, social distancing norms to play Cricket. Haryana’s BJP government had recently granted permission to players and common people to play in stadia but Tiwari was seen playing without a mask and even tweeted about his visit
