Delhi: Odd-even Rule Kicks In To Curb Air Pollution
The odd-even rule returns to Delhi as a measure to curb severe air pollution problem. Except Sunday, the rule is mandatory for four-wheelers between 8am and 8pm till November 15. This is the third time the Delhi government is implementing the odd-even rule.
