Delhi Police have placed 'scarecrows' with the message 'stay home' at several places in Chandni Mahal area, amid corona lockdown. DCP (Central District), Sanjay Bhatia said, "9 personnel had tested COVID19 positive, their 26 contacts were quarantined at station premises.

We have put up these scarecrows to make people understand that roaming outside is dangerous".
