Around 30 migrant workers from Bihar huddled near Delhi's ITO crossing are desperately waiting to cross the border and return to their native places. Among them are a few physically challenged persons.They say they can't afford train tickets and neither do they have smartphones. Angry with the government, many of them say they will never return to Delhi. Ajay Jha reports
