After heavy deployment of police force at the Delhi-Noida flyway, 5 people along with Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi have been allowed by the administration to visit Hathras. The administration has allowed Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi to visit Hathras and meet the victim's family on the condition that they must wear masks and follow other protocols related to coronavirus. Police also lathi-charged on the Congress workers when the Gandhis were trying to enter Uttar Pradesh from Delhi. Ajay Jha reports
