Youth Congress and Women's Congress workers on Wednesday carried out a massive protest outside the UP bhawan in Delhi against the Hathras horror. Mahila Congress President Sushmita Dev said, "If PM Modi has guts he should hold Yogi by his neck and remove him from his post of Uttar Pradesh CM." The Delhi Police detained and were seen manhandling the protesters outside UP Bhawan. Ajay Jha reports
