The Kejriwal-led Delhi government has been blaming the neighbouring states of Haryana and Punjab for the rising pollution in Delhi-NCR. However, the latest data shows that though most of the stubble is being burnt in Punjab, the air quality in Punjab has been better than that of Haryana, UP, and Delhi. The question that arises here is that if stubble burning is the reason for air pollution in Delhi-NCR then how is Punjab's air cleaner?
