Fake news, communal and insensitive reporting on the TV media has tarnished the reputation of the media industry. The worst phase of journalism was witnessed after the suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. While the Central Government is advising to avoid this type of reporting, some media institutions are regulating the freedom of speech of their own employees.
