Karnataka 'Saffron Students' Heckle, Raise Slogans Against Wearing Hijab
Karnataka witnessed intense protests and heckling on part of saffron clad male students of certain educational institutions who are against Muslim students wearing hijab on campus. There were also counter protests by Ambedkarite students wearing blue scarves chanting 'Jai Bhim' whereas the opposing side was heard raising 'Jai Shri Ram' slogans.
