Around 250 workers of the government-run Air India have approached the Bombay High Court to seek work. Due to the lockdown implemented after the coronavirus pandemic, these workers have lost their jobs and all are wandering in search of work. This petition has been filed by the Air India Limited Kamgar Union, on which the Bombay High Court has sought a reply from Air India within two weeks. The petition states that most of the casual laborers depend on the daily wages they receive from airlines.
