Nepal: PM Oli’s ‘Constitutional Coup’ Challenged In Supreme Court
Amid growing discontent and factional feuds with the ruling party, Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli suddenly dissolved the Parliament, following which members of the Nepal Communist Party turned to the Supreme Court challenging his decision, calling it a ‘constitutional coup’. Ajay Jha reports
