1.31 lakh COVID-19 cases have been registered so far in the country with 3,867 fatalities, as per the Health Ministry's latest update. The death toll is highest in Maharashtra with 1,577 deaths, followed by Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh with 829 and 281 deaths, respectively
