Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday performed 'Bhumi Pujan' for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya and laid the foundation stone of the temple. PM Modi laid nine stones in the foundation of Ram Janmabhoomi temple. Chief Minister Yogi, Governor Anandiben Patel, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Nritya Gopal Das were present at the place of worship where soil from more than 2000 pilgrimage sites and water from more than 100 rivers was brought for the rituals.
