Workers migrating from metro cities to Bihar complain they aren't being provided with proper food and basic facilities like bathing water, etc in quarantine centres. According to the rule, they cannot enter the village without being quarantined for 14 days. From Bihar's Madhubani, there are complaints that the local administration and the village head are not making arrangements for food and drink in the government schools where the migrant labourers are kept.
