It's been two and a half months since the Right To Information Act has been amended but the framing of new rules under the RTI Act is still to see the light of day. RTI Activist Anjali Bhardwaj says people from all walks of life have been using RTI for extracting important information but now the government has conveniently stalled the process through this delay.
