Army Chief Narwane is on a two-day visit to Ladakh to take stock of the security situation at the LAC. He reached Leh on Thursday where about one lakh India-China soldiers are stationed. He said that the situation on the border has been critical for the last three months. However, talks are going on at the military and diplomatic levels. Army Chief hopes that the solution to the ongoing dispute regarding LAC will come out through negotiations.
