Jammu and Kashmir is now open for tourists in an attempt to revive the stalled tourism sector since August last year. In the first phase, the tourists will reach Jammu and Kashmir only by air, with a mandatory COVID-19 check-up. Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Director NA Wani said that the tourists coming in the first phase have confirmed the hotel booking and return tickets. The tourists will have to undergo a corona test as soon as they arrive at the airport and they will have to stay inside the hotel until the report comes.
