12 Bills were presented in Lok Sabha and 10 made it through Rajya Sabha, the Upper House of Parliament. The session began with high drama with the suspension of 12 MP's fro non-BJP parties from the Rajya Sabha, which remained in force throghout the session. It was also significant because the Farm Laws Repeal Bill was passed on the first day, representing a major climbdown by the Modi government on a policy issue.
